Stock Market closes in Red: Nifty 50 down by 0.11%, Sensex by 0.18%

The FIIs withdrew their investments from the market. The stocks of PSU banks such as Indian Bank, Union Bank and PNB rose by more than 1% after reports from RBI to allow 49% FDI in PSU bank.
