  • Single stop solution with integrated capabilities: The company serves as a one-stop solution for textile needs, offering a fully integrated production unit that combines advanced capabilities such as digital printing, weaving, jacquard, and embroidery. This setup allows handling every step of fabric creation in-house, ensuring quality, faster delivery, and cost-effective production.
  • Adoption of digital printing technology: The company has adopted digital printing technology as part of its operational strategy. This enables creation of detailed and customizable designs on fabrics with precision and speed. Digital printing is efficient, reduces material waste, and supports both small and large order quantities, making it suitable for the fast-moving fashion industry.
  • Cross segment coverage across markets: The company operates with a strategic approach to serve different markets effectively, focusing on Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities as a brand enabler, while addressing the needs of Tier 3, Tier 4 cities, semi urban and rural areas through its own brands and non-branded products. This allows covering a wide spectrum of customers across different market segments.
  • Well-established distribution network and supplier relationships: The company has built a strong distribution network that ensures products reach customers across various markets. As of March 31, 2025, it had 154 distributors in India. It also has long-standing relationships with reliable suppliers who provide quality raw materials, enabling consistent supply and better pricing.
  • Low customer concentration: The business is not overly dependent on a small group of customers, which reduces risk and ensures stability. By catering to a diverse customer base including branded apparel companies, bulk buyers, wholesalers, and individual retailers, the company has minimized impact of fluctuations in demand from any single customer or market segment.
  • Healthy financial performance: The company has demonstrated steady growth in revenue and profitability. For fiscal year 2025, revenue from operations was ₹15,278.73 lakhs, EBITDA was ₹3,006.22 lakhs, and profit after tax was ₹1,690.47 lakhs. The total debt to equity ratio was 0.76 times as of March 31, 2025.
  • Experienced management team: The company is led by an experienced management team with deep industry knowledge. The promoters have over 50 years of cumulative experience. Key leaders like Sanjeev Kandhari (Chairman and MD) and Amit Kandhari (Whole-time Director and CFO) have been associated with the company since inception and have 30 years of experience each in the textile industry.
