TCS will provide affected employees with benefits, outplacement services, counseling, and transition support. Net interest income is estimated to decline 22-25% YoY, though net interest margins may recover quarter-on-quarter after derivative losses in the previous quarter. Loan growth is expected to contract 3-4% YoY, while deposit growth may remain flat to slightly positive. Credit costs are anticipated to increase significantly, with one estimate projecting a rise to 2.1%. Key areas of focus include asset quality trends in the MFI portfolio, deposit mobilization capabilities, and governance developments following the previous quarter's challenges.
