The company intends to utilize funds for investment in cloud infrastructure related costs. This will help enhance data management capabilities, improve operational efficiency, and ensure a seamless customer experience while maintaining flexibility to expand product offerings.153
The company plans to use funds for brand building and performance marketing activities. This includes performance marketing through digital ads as well as brand building through television, radio, print and on-ground activities. The aim is to drive growth by maximizing outreach, acquiring new users, and building increased awareness and affinity towards the brand.23
The company intends to invest in its Material Subsidiary, Groww Creditserv Technology Private Limited (GCS), an NBFC, to strengthen its capital base. This will enable GCS to expand lending capacity, launch new credit products, reduce dependency on external borrowings, and improve financial ratios.205
The company plans to invest in its Material Subsidiary, Groww Invest Tech Private Limited (GIT), to fund the Margin Trading Facility (MTF) business. This investment aims to expand access to MTF for a larger number of users, strengthen the value proposition of the Stocks product, grow revenues and diversify income streams.168
The company proposes to use the remaining Net Proceeds for funding inorganic growth through unidentified acquisitions and for general corporate purposes. This may include capital expenditure requirements, working capital requirements, new product development, and meeting exigencies and expenses incurred in the ordinary course of business.-

  • Customer-friendly design: The company offers a customer-friendly design for enhancing investing experience through creative and uniform design across its app and website. It provides features tailored for different types of investors while maintaining simplicity.
  • In-house technology stack: The company has built most of its technology in-house, allowing it to deliver a differentiated experience at low cost. Its systems can handle approximately 50 million users simultaneously and execute approximately 50 million orders per day.
  • Entrepreneurial culture: The company fosters an entrepreneurial and ownership-driven culture, with 77.29% of employees having stock options as of June 2025. It operates through lean cross-functional teams to drive outcomes and make independent decisions.
  • Strong execution and growth: The company has demonstrated strong execution delivering growth and profitability. Its revenue from operations grew at a CAGR of 84.88% from FY2023 to FY2025, making it one of the two fastest growing companies among the Top 10 brokers in India.
