Indoco Remedies Promoters Complete Inter-Group Share Transfer of 28,100 Equity Shares
Aditi M. Panandikar and Madhura S. Kare acquired 28,100 equity shares of Indoco Remedies Ltd through open market purchases on August 7-8, 2025. Simultaneously, Megh M. Panandikar, Mahika M.
