PurposeAmount
The company intends to expand its retail network by launching 15 new Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) and Multi-Brand Outlets (MBOs). The expansion will involve leasing premises, executing lease agreements, paying security deposits, and undertaking furniture and fixtures, electrical fitting, civil work, painting, air conditioners, CCTV, music system and other accessories setup.28
The company requires working capital to maintain inventory levels across newly established Exclusive Brand Outlets and Multi-Brand Outlets. This encompasses a comprehensive assortment of multiple brands, ensuring wide coverage across multiple product categories and customer preferences to meet consumer demand consistently.12
The company needs additional working capital for its existing Exclusive Brand Outlets and Multi-Brand Outlets to support operational requirements and maintain optimal inventory levels. This funding will help strengthen the company's position as a multi-brand destination in the footwear segment.27
The company will utilize funds for general corporate expenses in accordance with regulatory requirements. The amount utilized for General Corporate Purposes shall not exceed 15% of the Gross Issue Proceeds or specified regulatory limits, whichever is lesser.-
The company will utilize a portion of the proceeds to meet expenses related to the IPO issue process and associated costs for completing the public offering.-
