Super Tannery Limited's board of directors approved standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company announced its Annual General Meeting will be held on September 30, 2025. The register of members and share transfer book will remain closed from September 16-30, 2025 for dividend declaration and annual book closing purposes.
