ITC Ltd: BAT Plans to Reduce Stake Through Block Deal
British American Tobacco (BAT) is set to sell 2.3% stake in ITC Ltd for Rs 11,600 crore, with a floor price of Rs 400 per share. This follows a previous 3.5% stake sale in March 2024. ITC's share price fell nearly 5% to Rs 413, its lowest since April 9, in response to the news.
