Company Announces Board Changes with Three Director Appointments
The company's Board of Directors approved multiple leadership changes on August 14, 2025. Bharat Munoth (55) was appointed as whole-time Director for 5 years, bringing extensive finance and investment experience from his role as company director since 1992. Jaswant Munoth (60) was re-appointed as Managing Director for 3 years effective June 20, 2025. He holds an MBA and has 36 years of capital markets experience, having been Managing Director since the company's inception in 1990 and leading 47 IPOs through the Merchant Banking division. C R Sasi (84) was appointed as Non-Executive Independent Director, bringing 50 years of professional experience as a Chartered Engineer with qualifications from Indian Engineering Service. Bharat and Jaswant Munoth are brothers and sons of Lalchand Munoth. All appointments require shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Bharat Munoth holds 717,900 shares while Jaswant Munoth holds 836,100 shares in the company.
