The company proposes to establish 19 new IVF centers across India to improve accessibility to high-quality IVF treatments for patients, particularly in underserved regions. The expansion includes 10 centers in Fiscal 2027, 8 centers in Fiscal 2028, and 1 center in Fiscal 2029.50
The company has earmarked funds for repayment of outstanding loan/borrowings in full or part to reduce debt servicing costs, improve debt-to-equity ratio and enable availability of incremental funds due to interest saving towards further investment in business growth and expansion.20
The company will have flexibility in utilizing the balance net proceeds for general corporate purposes including strategic initiatives, improvement in supply chain, branding, marketing, rental and administrative expenses, meeting exigencies, and expenses incurred in the ordinary course of business.-

  • Highly Technical USG Guided Services: The company is equipped to handle complex cases with expertise including hysterosalpingography (HSG), ultrasound-guided biopsies, transvaginal scans, follicular growth monitoring, transrectal ultrasounds and ovarian cyst aspiration.
  • Payment Options: The company offers various packages for various treatments depending on patient complexity and services. Without compromising quality of service, the company offers customers options to pay in lump sum or in installments as per their convenience and affordability.
  • Asset Light Business Model: The company employs an asset-light model, characterized by efficient Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal controls, reducing dependency on individual practitioners and facilitating scalable, consistent care across its network.
  • Hubs in major Cities: The company has established central hubs in key cities such as Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi NCR, and Patna. These hubs act as centers of excellence, where advanced treatments and procedures are performed in IVF, IUI, Embryo freezing, and Embryo Transfer.
  • Spokes Nearby Hubs: The company has established smaller centers (Spokes) distributed around central hubs to better serve larger population in nearby regions. These centers facilitate easier access to consultations, preliminary treatments, and follow-up care, enabling the company to extend its reach to larger population while maintaining high standards of quality.
