Rent Stocks
Stock renting and Borrowing
A Repay order enables borrowers to voluntarily return borrowed shares early, before the contract expires, to immediately release their margin requirements.
When repaying, the shares are debited from the borrower's demat account and transferred to the exchange, which then releases the associated margins once the securities are received by exchange.
